§ 10-124. Salary of judges, clerk and other personnel.

The salary of the judges of division 1 of the state court of Cobb County shall be [as fixed by law] per annum, payable in equal monthly installments from the funds of Cobb County. The clerk of the state court shall receive an annual salary [as fixed by law], payable in equal monthly installments from the funds of Cobb County. The deputy clerks and other administrative personnel of said court shall receive such compensation as shall be fixed by the governing authority of Cobb County.
