In addition to the salary provided for the judges of the state court of Cobb County
in section 10-124, the governing authority of Cobb County shall pay to each judge of the state court
of Cobb County a sum equal to the contribution required for judges by an act known
as the "Trial Judges and Solicitors Retirement Fund Act," approved March 11, 1968
(1968 Ga. Laws, page 259) [O.C.G.A. § 47-6-1 et seq.], as now or hereafter amended.
