§ 10-133. Same—Declaration of actions to accomplish.

It is further declared by the general assembly that any and all further words and legislation deemed needful and necessary by this body to thus accomplish the abolition of said offices of the said justice of the peace court are hereby so stated and declared to the same extent as if the same were incorporated herein.
