§ 2-47. Comptroller to perform duties of treasurer.

The Cobb County comptroller shall be responsible for performing the duties of the treasurer of Cobb County. Said comptroller shall receive all county funds heretofore handled, received and collected by the treasurer of Cobb County, and shall disburse the same as the law now requires county funds to be disbursed by county treasurers.
