§ 2-101. Term of incumbents; effective date.

The tax receiver and tax collector of Cobb County shall continue to perform their duties as such until the end of their terms for which they were elected, which expire December 31, 1952.

This article shall become effective, and the tax commissioner who shall be elected at the general election to be held in November of 1952 shall assume his office, on January 1, 1953.
