§ 2-183. Galleria Centre.

Latest version.

The name of the convention facility located in the unincorporated area of Cobb County and under construction on the effective date of this section [March 30, 1993] shall be "Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, Georgia." Should any person claim or reasonably be found to own the rights to the name "Galleria" and any such owner shall fail to consent to the use of the word "Galleria," the authority shall select a name having "Cobb" as its first word.
