§ 2-191. Negotiability of bonds; exemption from taxation.

All revenue bonds issued under the provisions of this division shall have and are hereby declared to have all the qualities and incidents of negotiable instruments under the laws of this state. Such bonds are declared to be issued for an essential public and governmental purpose and such bonds and the interest thereon shall be exempt from all taxation within the state.
