§ 2-286. Rates, charges, and revenues; use.

  • The authority is authorized to prescribe and fix and collect rates, fees, tolls, and charges and to revise from time to time and collect such rates, fees, tolls, and charges for the services, facilities, or commodities furnished, including leases, concessions, or subleases of its land or facilities, or contracts for the use of its land and facilities, and to determine the price and terms at and under which its lands or facilities may be sold, and, in anticipation of the collection of the revenues and income of such undertakings or projects, is authorized to issue revenue bonds as provided in this Act to finance, in whole or in part, the cost of the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, equipment, betterment, or extension of its lands and facilities and to pledge to the punctual payment of said bonds and interest thereon all or any part of the revenues and income of such undertakings or projects, including the revenues of improvements, betterments, or extensions thereto, thereafter made or the sale of any of its land and facilities.
