§ 38-85. Same—Employing help for election; canvassing returns; declaring results; expenses.

The ordinary [nor probate judge] of Cobb County is hereby authorized to employ the necessary help in compiling the aforesaid list of voters for each district and in conducting such election. It shall be the duty of the ordinary to canvass the returns and declare and certify the results of the election. The expense of such election shall be borne by Cobb County.
