§ 118-154. Designation of taxicab stands and bus stops.

(a)

The traffic engineer is hereby authorized to designate taxicab stands and bus stops.

(b)

Any bus stop shall be 80 feet in length, and it shall be the responsibility of the owner of any bus using any such bus stop to cause the curb to be painted yellow, and the paint to meet the uniform specifications of the traffic engineer.

(c)

This section does not prohibit buses from loading and unloading at a platform in the street authorized for that purpose by the traffic engineer.
