An ordinance adopted July 27, 2004, repealed § 122-61 of the Code in its entirety. Former § 122-61 pertained to right to curtail water usage during emergency conditions and derived from an ordinance adopted June 28, 1988, § 3-26-155; and an ordinance adopted Dec. 12, 2000.
