§ 50-108. Continuing review.

Any substantial change from the stormwater design or concept plan shall be referred to all agencies which reviewed the original plan. This shall not preclude the county from enacting a stormwater management development impact fee component as defined by the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act (O.C.G.A. § 36-71-1 et seq.). Should any regional stormwater facility be deemed to be a development exaction as defined under such act, then, in the absence of a development agreement, such exaction shall be deemed null and void.
