§ 50-109. Grandfather clause.

Any applicant or owner of a parcel of land within the county who has constructed the required on-site stormwater management facility or who is in the process of meeting the stormwater management requirements of the law at the time of the effective date of this article may elect to apply to the manager for reconsideration under the provisions of this article.
