§ 50-159. Final inspection reports.

(a)

The permittee shall provide a record survey certified by a registered professional engineer, to be submitted upon completion of a stormwater management facility.

(b)

The registered professional engineer shall certify to the manager that:

(1)

The facility has been constructed as shown on the record survey plan; and

(2)

The facility:

a.

Meets the approved stormwater design plan and specifications; or

b.

Achieves the function for which it was designed.

(c)

A final inspection may be conducted upon completion of the stormwater management facility to determine if the completed work is constructed in accordance with the approved stormwater design plan.

(d)

The department shall maintain a permanent file of inspection reports.
