§ 54-2. Mutual aid agreements adopted.

There are hereby adopted by the board of commissioners agreements for mutual aid in fire protection between Lockheed Aircraft Corporation for its division of the Lockheed-Georgia Company and the county, and between Dobbins Air Force Base and the county, for the purpose of securing to each the benefits of mutual aid in fire prevention, in the protection of life and property from fire, and in firefighting. Such agreements are on file in the office of the clerk of the board of commissioners and available for inspection by the public during normal working hours, and are made a part of this chapter by reference.
