§ 6-103. Inspection of records.

Any holder of or applicant for an alcoholic beverage license must make available for audit any and all records concerning such business upon request of the business license division manager or his representative. The books, records, inventory, stock and facilities of any alcoholic beverage license holder or applicant for same shall be open for inspection at any time for agents of the business license office and the police department.
