§ 6-104. Display of license.

Latest version.

Each licensee for the sale of alcoholic beverages by the package at retail under this chapter shall have printed on the front window of the licensed premises the inscription, "Cobb County Retail License No. ____________ " in uniform letters not less than three inches in height. The license itself shall be prominently displayed so as to be visible to the public inside the premises.
