§ 6-105. Removal of signs and alcoholic beverages from unlicensed premises.
Latest version.
When any license for selling alcoholic beverages is revoked, suspended or denied,
or there is no valid state and county license in existence for the sale of those alcoholic
beverages, the sale, dispensing or providing of those alcoholic beverages at that
location shall immediately cease; and all signs indicating that such beverages may
be sold or purchased at the location and all such alcoholic beverages shall be removed
from the place of business, both outside and inside.
