§ 6-93. False information in application.

  • Any material omission or untrue or misleading information contained in or left out of an original, renewal or transfer application for any license or permit issued under this chapter shall be unlawful, and shall be cause for a denial thereof. If any such license or permit has previously been granted under the above-described circumstances, such shall constitute cause for the revocation of such license or permit.
