§ 6-95. Police investigation of applications.

All applications required by this chapter shall be investigated by the police department, which shall report its recommendation to the business license division manager. No further action shall be taken by the county or by any applicant with respect to any application until completion by the police department of its investigation. Once the applicant has submitted all of the required information and provided any additional information requested by the business license division manager or the police department, the police department shall make its recommendation within 60 days.
