§ 6-126. Distance requirements—Exemption for existing establishments.

Any application for renewal or transfer of license under this chapter on an existing licensed location shall not be required to meet the distance requirements from churches, schools, private residences and other distance requirements set forth in this chapter. An application filed under this section shall meet and qualify under all other requirements of this chapter for the granting of a new license.
