§ 6-128. Completion of proposed licensed premises.
Where a building in which a retailer or bottle house operator intends to operate under the provisions of this chapter is, at the time of the application for such license, not in existence or not yet completed or renovated, a license may be issued for such location provided the plans for the proposed building show clearly that they are in compliance with all other provisions of this chapter. No sales or consumption shall be allowed in such establishment until it has been completed in accordance with the plans and is in conformity with all of the other provisions of this chapter.
