§ 6-148. Automatic revocation of county license upon revocation of state license.

Whenever the state shall revoke any permit or license to manufacture or sell at wholesale or retail any alcoholic beverages, the county alcoholic beverage license shall be automatically revoked without any action by the board of commissioners.
