Editor's note

An ordinance of Sept. 10, 2002, amended the Code by repealing former § 78-84 in its entirety. Former § 78-84 pertained to charitable solicitation, religious evangelism and religious solicitation, and derived from an ordinance of Oct. 25, 1994; the Code of 1977, § 3-7-89; and an ordinance of Jan. 23, 2001.
