§ 78-120. Violation.

(a)

Any person who violates sections 78-117 to 78-121 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

(b)

Penalties for violations of this division shall be punished as set out by Georgia law under O.C.G.A. § 15-10-60.

(c)

Suspension or revocation. In addition to the penalties for violations established under section 78-120, violations of the provisions in this subdivision pertaining to vendors shall subject the license to suspension or revocation. Violations of this division shall be considered due cause as defined in section 78-371 for suspension or revocation of any license issued under this division.
