§ 83-25. Duties of property owners.

Latest version.

It is the duty of every property owner of property located within unincorporated Cobb County:
(1)

To maintain such property in conformance with laws and ordinances that regulate and prohibit activities on the property; and

(2)

Upon the occurrence of alleged criminal activity on such property, to take reasonable measures to prevent and not to allow such property to be used in the commission of crimes in violation of state and/or local laws.
