§ 122-117. Conditions to determine if building is served by public wastewater system.

  • The county wastewater system is designed to provide gravity service to the ground level floor of buildings, and above. Basements and below-grade living areas may or may not be served by gravity by the county wastewater system. A building is considered to be "served" by the county wastewater system for purposes set forth in this article whenever sewer service is provided to the ground level floor.
