§ 122-117. Conditions to determine if building is served by public wastewater system.

The county wastewater system is designed to provide gravity service to the ground level floor of buildings, and above. Basements and below-grade living areas may or may not be served by gravity by the county wastewater system. A building is considered to be "served" by the county wastewater system for purposes set forth in this article whenever sewer service is provided to the ground level floor.
