§ 122-118. Connection of downspouts, drains to wastewater system.

No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, areaway drains or other sources of surface runoff or groundwater to a building sewer or building drain which in turn is connected directly or indirectly to the county wastewater system unless such connection is approved for purposes of disposal of polluted surface drainage and for which a discharge permit has been issued. See subsections 122-181(a)(15) and 122-82(d)(2).
